Return Policy

We can’t take returns on sealed TCG products—once they're out in the wild, there's no going back. But if your order shows up looking like it went through a boss battle or just isn’t what you expected, drop us an email and we’ll sort it out like the heroes we are.

Cancellation Policy

You can request a cancellation anytime before your order ships, but heads up—there’s a 6% cancellation fee. That just covers the non-refundable processing fee we get charged when the order goes through. The fee will be taken out of your refund.
